Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Auto-Delivery

1. Cancel Online

You can login to your Ascend Global Services account and cancel your Auto-Delivery without needing to contact your Independent Business Owner (IBO) or contacting the company.

2. Cancel with your Independent Business Owner (IBO)

To cancel Ascend Global Services Independent Business Owner (IBO), contact your Independent Business Owner (IBO) who will be able to cancel your Independent Business Owner (IBO) Auto-Delivery for you.

3. Cancel Auto-Delivery by Email

Auto-Delivery Orders and Subscriptions be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date.  To cancel an Auto-Delivery Order or Subscription, submit a completed Auto-Delivery / Subscription Cancellation Form via email to Customerservice@ascendglobalservices.com

5. Independent Business Owner (IBO)Right of Rescission

Ascend Global Services requires its Independent Business Owner (IBO)s to adhere to any country, state or local laws or regulations pertaining to consumers’ cancellation rights.  In the United States, Distributors must adhere to the federal “cooling off” rule, which is codified as Title 16 CFR Part 429.

Upon cancellation, the Independent Business Owner (IBO) continues to be bound by the confidentiality and non-compete sections of the Independent Business Owner (IBO) Agreement shown below.

Independent Business Owner (IBO) acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Ascend Global Services Independent Business Owner (IBO)(s) (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to Ascend Global Services .

Independent Business Owner (IBO) agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized byAscend Global Services  in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of Independent Business Owner (IBO)’s functions and duties as a Ascend Global Services Independent Business Owner (IBO).

Independent Business Owner (IBO) further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 18 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, he or she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any Ascend Global Services  Customer or Independent Business Owner (IBO) to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other thanAscend Global Services  engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing. 

Reapplying after Cancellation After cancelling their Independent Business Owner (IBO) Agreement, the former Independent Business Owner (IBO) may not have any purchasing activity one year from the date of cancellation before submitting another Independent Business Owner (IBO) Application & Agreement
